PCB ASSEMBLY

Our primary service is the population of printed circuit boards with electronic components. We cater for PCB assemblies from the prototype stage, small volume to large volume production runs. For surface mount assemblies a pick & placement machine is available, but for prototypes and small production runs, where it is impractical to use the pick and place machine components are hand placed.

For through hole components a manual assembly line is utilized with both wave and hand soldering being available.

CABLE ASSEMBLY

We can also manufacture cable assemblies to customer specifications using a wide variety of cables and connectors.

MODULE ASSEMBLY

Populated PCB can be installed in modules, racks & housings with internal wiring included, so that the product can be assembled to a stage suitable for the customers requirements.

ACCEPTANCE TESTING

Populated PCB's, subassemblies and completed modules can be tested to customer specifications, by using customer supplied test jigs or assistance can be provided to develop a suitable test setup and procedure to the product and customer requirements.

COMPONENT KITTING

A full component procurement and kitting service can be provided, including organizing the manufacture of the PCB boards, solder paste and glue stencils as required.

DESIGN AND CAD SERVICES

We provide electronic design services as well as CAD services from the schematic capture of the design to the final PCB layout
